Through understanding lender requirements, I was able to find lenders willing to partner with the business in the following areas: developing multi-family units, land development and business lines of credit ranging from $20 million to $200 million.

Re-Positioning Insurance Products

Assessed the risk within a business re-positioning the business insurance while reducing premiums with additional coverage in key areas.
